Privacy Policy

MixMix provides inventory and color-mixing software for hair salons: a phone app used at the color bar and a web dashboard for owners and managers. This policy explains what data we handle and why. MixMix is operated from Lithuania and follows the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data we collect

• Account data. Your name and email address, used to sign you in and to send account and service emails (invitations, order confirmations, stock digests).
• Salon business data. Products, stock levels, prices, services performed, formulas, weights, costs, and orders — the records your salon creates by using the product.
• Client records.Salons may record client names and service history. This data belongs to the salon; MixMix processes it on the salon’s behalf and never uses it for any other purpose.
• Diagnostics. Crash reports and error logs (via Sentry, EU region) so we can fix problems. These may include your account identifier but never client records.

Device permissions

• Camera — used only to scan product barcodes and to photograph product tubes for identification. Photos are processed to identify the product and are not used for anything else.
• Bluetooth — used only to connect to your weighing scale. We do not track your location; on Android, the location permission is required by the operating system for Bluetooth scanning.

AI features

Some features (the chat assistant, product photo identification, and order drafting) send the relevant salon data or photo to an AI model provider to produce a result. This data is used only to answer the request and is not used to train models.

Service providers

We use a small number of infrastructure providers to run MixMix: Supabase (authentication and database), Fly.io (API hosting, EU region), Vercel (dashboard hosting), Sentry (error monitoring, EU region), Resend (transactional email), and OpenRouter (AI features). Each processes data only as needed to provide the service.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or share your data for advertising.
• We do not track you across other apps or websites.
• We do not use your salon’s or clients’ data to train AI models.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data for as long as your salon has an active account. You can ask us to correct, export, or delete your data — including a full account deletion — by emailing primestackapps@gmail.com. We answer within 30 days.
